Coconut oil seemed to work for my sister, you can buy it from any supermarket, its also good for hair nourishment and cooking with

Yh just pop it on your face (it will feel a little slimy but its meant to) and it dosnt rly have a time limit, my sister normally does it anything from 15 minutes to an hour

How frequently should u put it on? How long until u see results?

I've been using bio oil as it is used to treat scars - twice a day. No clue if it's working or not, but I'm using it anyway.

Results will be different for everyone and it dosnt get ride of it completely but it makes the redness go away and calms the skin down. Put it on whenever you have time so like every three days possibly

turmeric face masks are good not specifically for marks but overall pigmentation, the mask gives a really nice glow so you could try that once a week?
