binomial question help

X~B(n,p) and
h0 : p=k h1: p>k
the critical value is n-1
part a) find the probability that X is in the critical region in terms of k and n
part b)if n = 2 and the significance level is at least 19% then find an inequality
Can you rewrite the question? do you mean p( x=k) and p( x>k) because x is binomially distributed but then there's a p...

If the critical value is n-1 then what values are in the critical region?
What are the probabilities of those outcomes?
