I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop and it's keyboard has a slight dent, almost like some of the keys have sunk. Obviously it looks wrong and I would like to know if anyone here has advice on how to rectify this problem.

is it in warranty?
if it is, what warranty is it?

if you can, try and get them 2 send you a new one, because some of the keys dont work.
but they might say its misuse by hitting keys too hard

If you have the balls, try pop the keys out. To do this, put the corner of a ruler under a key and gently twist it so that the key is forced upwards and eventually pops up. Once its popped up you can unhook it and to put it back in, hook it in and push down. The hook things will make sense once you've done it if you're going to do it that is
