Training to lose fat while building muscle?

I wanna lose fat but at the same time build muscle so that I won’t end up with a skinny body. Is this possible? Through what training (planks, push ups..? Hiit?!)?

Body recomposition's possible if you're relatively new to resistance training. Follow a specific bodyweight training program and stay consistent with it. You might want to check out Athlean X on YouTube.

Yes it is possible through, strength training, hiit and being in a slight deficit.
