Firstly, just like to say I don’t think I am but I am curious as to why I feel like this lol😂

Basically, every time I have a cup of tea or cereal (basically anything containing milk) I get really bloated and feel sick after eating or drinking these things.

I went a week with no milk and felt so much better but I had some cereal this morning and now am feeling sick again.

I have never been lactose intolerant and I seem fine with other dairy products - it just seems to be milk.

Does anyone know what this means? Can you have an intolerance to just milk?

I’m going to cut milk out of my diet as it’s just doing me no good.

I’m sorry if this sounds silly, I’m just really confused haha.

Any ideas?

Does sound like IBS which can coexist with lactose intolerance but the way you usually test it is going two weeks without any triggers. Unfortunately there is not much you can do to prevent this. Try decaf and oat milk, make sure the temperature is not too hot either.

I haven't had cows milk in years and im not bothered maybe because I didn't eat cereal anyways but oat milk is the best replacement because its the most sustainable and the better taste.

Go have 2 glasses of milk

If you need to poo straight after

Well then you are lactose intolerant

If not then you are not lactose intolerant

Haha no it’s not like that. It’s more my stomach cramps and I feel sick, that’s the only symptoms I get

Then you may be having a reaction due to the chemical composition of milk and how it affects the enzymes in your body

Also try different caps of milk and see if you feel bloated with all of them then if so I’d suggest go to the doctor
