I doubt anyone cares but here goes:

English Grade boundries have been a lot higher this year. Last year getting 46/54 in both papers would have been enough for getting an A* and 41/54 would have got you an A; but this year, it was 49/54 for A* and 43/54 for A.

I got a B which I was pleased with. I would have liked an A in Literature though. Predicted C for Language and D for Literature, **** you English teacher.

    Anywho, thanks for posting.

    Congratz.

My teacher told my brother that she'd bet her house that he wouldn't get a C or above in English; he ended up with two B's, lol.

Ok. I'll ask her sometime in September. She wasn't in on results day. I really wanted to show her the A in English Lit and see her reaction. She predicted me a B but said I could get an A. After the exam I was sure I had got a C (no joke). When I saw that A I was just like
Apparently most people in m school were suprised with their English Lit grade. I still can't believe it because I suck at English.

Really? 49/54 was A*? Wow. I thought I sucked at poetry and the likes. I soooo knew quoting Shakespeare and the likes in my writing task would give me marks just by using "coral red" and another quote from that poem about the Eagle with the azure water and the wrinkled sea. These came from the Anthology, nothing says you can't use some quotes from it :p: (*Tip for future candidates - just beware you might get a ***** of an examiner that might say it's plagerism.*)

I thought it was actually quite a hard exam as well... Thought the Boundaries would be lower this year..

Sorry. I'm showing off. If it makes you feel any better I never got the grade I wanted for Media. :|
