You can't do anything- it is all down to genetics and luck of the draw

It either happens naturally or it doesn't happen at all, it's out of your control

5'4 smaller than everyone in my family 🤷 doubt you can do anything other than live healthy (which may aid development?) or wear shoes with a heel to look taller

Could you not just wear heels?

i used to be in the same situation
Get the right amount of sleep like a good 8-11 hr sleep
Regular exercise it strengths the muscles and bones
milk because u need calcium

But it's also depends on your genetics or just wear heels because u can't grow tall overnight

Standing, bending forwards and touching your toes without bending your knees, then slowly move back into a straight position and stand on your toes “reaching for the sky” I did thing a few times a day and after roughly 1-2 weeks I was a bit taller

Yeah if you can handle the 4 months of limb lengthening and 5 months of recovery just to gain a few cm, not to mention the risks of new bones being formed from shattered shin bones T_T

There is nothing wrong with being short as a girl. It'd be far worse if you were, say, 6ft.
