Not enough to go on. She regards you or your intellect as that of a baby. The word by itself is not really much to go on.
It might mean something or it might just be the way she talks to ppl. It really depends. If you wanna know whether she’s into I think you should either just ask her or make a judgement from the conversation between the both of you
