I'm not sure but I think there could be jealousy involved that these women offer something more erotic and more dangerous that a regular woman doesn't offer.

For me I’m not opposed to prostitution itself as long as the women who do it have chosen to do and aren’t being forced by someone because I’m against exploitation

Prostitutes are not necessarily poor at all. Why do you think prostitutes are poor? could be drug related reasons as well?

I'm not anti prostitution as such but just worry about the women (or more rarely, male prostitutes) being exploited. If they choose to be paid for sex and are not doing it out of desperation and being exploited then I don't have a moral objection to it.

Not likely unless you use them or make enquiries and ask for one.
There are escorts who accompany people on business visits etc. as well. not to do with sex necessarily.

Some things I have to put up here:

- Prostitutes don't make cheaters. If your partner cheats, then it is on them not on the prostitute. If they want to cheat they could also do it with your neighbour for free so don't go blaming other women for the mistakes your partner did.

- Many Prostitues are victims and not the villain. The problem is the lack of regulations and the lack of care for them. Stronger regulations and fairer treatment would create a more secure environment for both prostitute and client.

- In my opinion Prostitutes are also helping the society. imagine all this sick *******s not having these strong women to go to. Imagine them not having women there for their service. I don't dare to think how the number of rape victims would grow.

Prostitution works because of the strong level of Patriarchy. And patriarchy also includes women. Women shaming other women for behaving "like men and sleeping with more then 1 men in their life". Putting viriginity on a pedestral like it is some kind of an asset just creeps me up. This thinking is the reason why girls are getting mutilated not only in africa!

Prostitution is not the problem. Patriarchy, Sexism and Conservatism is.

Isn't 'accompany on business trip' thinly veiled code for sex?

I don't think i've ever had a business trip where my thoughts are 'you know what i need for this business, some paid platonic company!'. I mean, if was going down that route, I'd rather get a magician or comedian or something interesting.
