I've just got back from the call to the Uni. Since I haven't achieved enough score for the IELTS requirement ( my offer is 6.5 in all bands but I've only managed to get 7.5 7.0 6.0 6.0), so they told me they couldn't offer me a place this year, but somehow I could have a defer entry for 09 which I will have place if I manage to retake the IELTS and got enough score.

The thing is, I've meet the condition for my Insurance, so what do you guys think ? Should I take a gap year or get into my insurance university ?

I'm so screwed. Anyway, have fun guys with your coming year !

It depends, do you think you'll be happy at your insurance? Are you prepared to wait an extra year and retake the exams? It's all down to you really, I don't think we can help that much.. but if you'd be happy at your insurance, go for it!

What's your insurance?

Only you'll know if you'll be happier there or waiting a year for Bristol.

Well if you're really desperate to go to Bristol, an extra year's work will pay off

Yes, I think so, 'cause I could learn a lot from that extra year. But it is a big decision so I shouldn't only ask myself !

Oh no! That sucks

If you really really want to go to Bristol, take the year off.

It'll be worth it in the end

It is a shame that I couldn't study with you this year. But Bristol agreed to give me an unconditional offer for next year so I think I should take a gap year and persuade my parents to allow me to do it !
