hi guys,
so i want to put on more weight as i’m skinny and tall. i’m building muscle by doing full body workouts 3 times a week and eating plenty of protein and have made a few changes to my diet to put on weight.

i also want to gain abs however and i understand from research that to gain abs i need to cut back on carbs etc?
this might be wrong i can’t actually remember what i read lol but any advice on how to gain weight and yet get cut abs? what sort of food should i be eating?

i can see shadows of abs but i’m fairly sure that’s only cos i’m skinny.

You need more protein in your diet for muscle gain. Eg. Meat, Eggs, Cheese, Lentils, some types of nuts. Look up push/pull workouts.

If you lose bodyfat now, there will be no abs to reveal. Keep bulking with a slight caloric surplus to minimize fat gain.
