abs and musclesWatch
so i want to put on more weight as i’m skinny and tall. i’m building muscle by doing full body workouts 3 times a week and eating plenty of protein and have made a few changes to my diet to put on weight.
i also want to gain abs however and i understand from research that to gain abs i need to cut back on carbs etc?
this might be wrong i can’t actually remember what i read lol but any advice on how to gain weight and yet get cut abs? what sort of food should i be eating?
i can see shadows of abs but i’m fairly sure that’s only cos i’m skinny.
