    Three questions:

What 'attendance' is given for private candidate centres - full time, part time, or sandwich?

What should be put on Apply in the case of transfer of credit, where the AS is certificated at one centre, and the A-level at another centre the following year? The AS with the first centre, and the A-level with the other centre?

What about if AS is certificated at one centre and the AS is retaken (in 2007) and certificated at another this year, and continued to A-level next year? Would the AS be put down twice, once for the two centres; and the A-level put as pending for the latter centre?

    1. By private candidate centres do you mean that you are self teaching the A-level and entering as a private candidate? If so then you have to select 'Part time' and mention somewhere (reference or personal statement) that you are self teaching.

    2. Yes, enter the AS levels at the first centre and put the A-level as Pending in the other centre.

    Yes, that's what I mean.

    Thanks very much!

I took CritThink (full A-level) in Sum 2007 with my old school, then retook in my new 6FC (Jan 2008), then retook it back at my old school (Sum 2008). Do I put the CritThink twice with my old school? And do I put the two AS and two A2 units (it's a 4-unit A-level) in Units 1-4?

I think you just put the most recent one, and yes, you would.

So that's once in my school, and once in my current 6FC...with the school one later than 6FC one?

No - I think it's just once overall, in your school. You only have the one A-level, however many times you've resat it.

Would that also apply to an AS sat once in school, then again with another spec in college, then carrying onto A2 (in college)?

I'm not completely sure - because it was two different exam boards, you might technically have two separate qualifications - but I very much doubt universities will mind at all if you simply put down the A2.

All my ASs in my college and my final ones in school are cashed in...so I've put down the two AS qualifications under the school and the college, and then the A-level (pending) under the college.
