Getting back into the working mindset

We've all been on holiday for weeks, especially those of us who took GCSEs/AS Levels/A Levels etc., and, let's face it, some of us will have forgotten lots, and just be a bit thick for the start of term. Does anyone try to prevent this happening, or try and do some work in the days before term starts to remind yourself of what work is? Any particular techniques or tips?

If your going into college to start AS levels or uni or whatever just enjoy your break, use the first month of the term to remind yourself of all the ********!

i was thinking the same - might just flick over my gcse stuff

but that is the other problens - what to do with all my gcse stuff? keep it? throw it away? just keep subjects i am continuing????
