Can I apply with AP's and SAT's instead of my Indian HS resultsI changed the country I wanted to apply to and I have already given these tests.On the Oxford Uni website it says that I need to get A1 in all my subjects in school in 12 in CBSE (Central Board of Education India) for India. SAT, AP, ACT only works for US and countries not listed.
You MUST declare ALL qualifications in your UCAS application. Oxford make the decision about which qualifications are most relevant and the best preparation for their courses.

If you omit qualifications then your application is fraudulent.

As noted above, you're required to note all qualifications. Depends on where you're applying, but grades are usually only a qualifying factor for the interviews (if offered)
