gluten-free/coeliac and straw?

Hi, apologies for the random question but I have recently been diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity, which is causing gluten ataxia. The doctor told me it needs to be managed like Celiac disease and that I shouldn't eat things that are potentially cross contaminated. I have found the diet aspects less difficult than I first imagined, but my question is- my horse is bedded on straw and whilst mucking him out I inhale quote a lot of straw dust. Should I consider this a problem? i could probably reduce the amount of dust I inhale significantly but not eliminate the problem entirely.
please someone help 😂 or does anyone know who I can contact for advice about this issue please?
Not gluten free. If you need to avoid cross contamination, then the dust from the straw needs to be avoided.
You get gluten free hay, 'Timothy, Alfalfa and Teff'
