international project qualification - A levels

hi guys! so with all this pressure during quarantine, I've decided to withdraw from IPQ. I have been just recently been informed that I will still have to pay fees worth around 100 pounds. I have not anything but the OPF to Cambridge, and even though I'm nearly done with my report, it hasn't left my laptop. Has anyone withdrawn from this project and had to pay this ridiculous fee?
