What are the horizontal and vertical components of the velocity, at launch?
Use a suitable SAUVAT equation (you have u, a and s, and want v) to calculate the vertical component of the velocity when s=(+/-)26. Combine this with the original horizontal component (which doesn't change).
From that, calculate the time taken, with another SUVAT equation (you have s, u, v and a, and want t).

Be careful to stick to a single convention for the positive direction.
