Experience in Uni of Stirling?

I´ve firmed a course here and will most likely be attending in September - I want to transfer to a different course in the uni and will hopefully do this by Adjustment come results day, but that's another story.
Anyone here at or been to Stirling university that could tell me about their experience there? Teaching, societies, nights out etc
I've been to the city but never the university itself, although the campus looks fantastic.
