That's very true for me too! If the book is slightly challenging to read, as in the concepts being used are a little hard to understand, I need a break like after half an hour. lol

Say you are reading non-fiction and a break is basically when you find yourself no longer being able to focus on the material and put the book down. I am just curious about how long others can read for and I am trying to get myself into the habit of reading for longer.
