How much does the cheapest flat in the UK worth?

Rly depends on the area, up north it’s cheap but ofc London’s hella spenny

Rent and utility bills varies greatly per area. Go on right move and check for property to rent. Itll give you an idea of how much rents are. Or type in average rent price for your location on google.
you can buy dinky flats as cheap as 30K in places like wales and scotland. or liverpool and birmingham if you want something in england

I have seen some flats on right move cost 5,000 £ !!

It depends on location, condition, number of years left on the leasehold and history of the flat.
An old housemate paid just over £11,000 for a severely fire damaged four bedroom property in wales in 2019.
