Chloe Ting Workout... help?Watch
Hi! Ok so i am 15 years old and yesterday i started the two week 'fitness programme' of chloe Ting and after doing day 1, my body is sooooo sore. Like, my ass is sore, my legs are sore, my arms are sore. Should i still do day 2 (day 2 is like a 45 minutes intense workout)
No. If its a dull ache, where if you tried to do the exercise you can still do it and it does not hurt crazily then do it. But if its really painful, you need to take a break. Next time, start off easily and work your way up to being able to do her workout if you want to do it.
Surely your body is still growing at that age?
