Greetings,

I'm hopefully applying to UoToronto, UBC, McGill and Waterloo in Jan 2021. Now there's a slight confusion

I'm taking the A levels as a PRIVATE CANDIDATE. I actually belong to a different curriculum, so I didn't take GCSE exams. Instead, I took the equivalent Secondary School Certificate (SSC) public exam in my national curriculum (I'm from Bangladesh).

UoToronto lists at least five GCSEs in their requirements for British-patterned education. I took 10 subjects in the SSC exams. Will they accept me if I just send those transcripts and the A Levels results?

Contact the universities you want to apply for and ask if they accept your SSC instead of GCSEs
