Hi guys,
anyone have any links or any sort of beginner weight lifting routine?
I'm 6 foot and 66kg (skinny) and i want to gain weight and basically be more muscly you know? aesthetics etc
I'm looking for a decent beginner workout routine to help my muscles get bigger

Find a 5x5 Program and stick with it. ICF 5x5, Starting Strength or Stronglifts.

make sure u bulk up to be able to build muscle ie taking in alot of protein and some fat rich foods that are healthy for u
