how much food do you eat everyday and what do you eat. I'm starting to realise I think I am an emotional binge eater, I would just like to see what others eat, to see if im really overdoing it.

Keep a food diary and write down what you eat, when, and the reason why, which could be 'for no reason other than I was passing through the kitchen'. You'll be able to see your own pattern and start to make more informed choices, like not having too many sugary snacks in the house or not grabbing a biscuit when you are bored!

Comparing yourself to others isn’t the way to go. Their situation bears no relevance to yours. You might be a small female comparing your calorie intake to a large strength athlete - it’s not gonna be the same or give an accurate reflection of whether you’re “overdoing it”.
