I've watched many videos on dos and don'ts but I feel stumped in what to write. I have no work experience at all and was meant to do some this year but unfortunately it couldn't happen.

We did our end of year assessment but I wasnt really happy with my grades. We'll be doing another exam in September tho. Since my grades are average I really need to at least make my personal statement really good so that I can have a chance.

I'm planning to apply for Accountanting & Finance btw.

Please any advice?

Thank you! Do you know whether these count as 'good' examples to follow or are they just random personal statements?

This is just general, but don't get too caught up is my advice really. I remember people panicking about trying to make personal statements original, and obviously you need to make sure YOU shine through in it, but don't try to reinvent the wheel or anything. My personal statement was really quite generic, but I got in fine. Unis won't mind if it's not an amazing new thing, as long as you make yourself shine through in it.

That's all I can offer really

You don't need work experience - focus on extra reading/online courses etc. and talk about why they were interesting
