I haven’t been able to get to an open day and I have heard that the campus layout means that the housing facilities (Castle Leazes) is an hours travel to the hockey pitches and I was wondering whether someone who has experience with travelling to the hockey pitches. Has any information upon whether this is correct or whether it’s actually a different situation. Thanks

Yes, our hockey pitches are based at Longbenton; 4.4 miles from Castle Leazes which is a 15 minute drive away. The majority of our students car share, share a taxi or get the metro to Longbenton Sports Ground.
