Loose weight, but don't do this if you're already a healthy weight

Is 65kg healthy? I'm 5'6 (i think i havent measured myself in a while). Even if its healthy I still want to lose more, possibly till 50-53kg

You need to be in a calorie deficit. There are calculators you can use online to help you and give you guidance for how many calories you should consume a day to lose weight and maintain weight. 50-53kg at 5’6 seems too skinny though?

the healthy weight on the bmi chart is 52 kg to 70kg so you are a healthy weight, you can loose some but probably not as much to 50kg!

I know this isn't my thread, but is it bad that I'm 6"0 and 54kg?

Yes, I am
I’m by no means an expert, but just off the top of my head that does seem underweight. I’m 5’3 and I’m around 52.5kg.

I know the BMI index is criticised and isn’t the best measure, but https://www.bmi-calculator.net/

This is one of the highest rated fitness books on Amazon and I tried the diet, lifestyle & exercise advice given in it for myself and it was very effective!
2 years on I still continue with the advice and philosophies from "You are your own gym", I lost so much weight and feel so much more healthy, toned & energised, 10/10 recommend: https://www.amazon.co.uk/You-Are-You.../dp/0345528581

It is what it is, probably because of the fact I have a high metabolism

Exercise and dieting is how you can get a skinner waist and legs. Dieting doesn’t mean live on salads all the time btw. It just means swapping out fatty foods for healthier alternatives. E.g. no fast food, limit your caffeine intake, go for reduce fat dairy products etc.
