I saw a geography course in LSE. I wonder who have applied to LSE to do the course. How come LSE do geography?

Why not? MIT does economics even though it is more known for sciences. Lse's geography course is human, and alot of it is linked to economics.

A lot of geography, especially modern geography, is effectively social sciences: it's about housing and transport systems, production and employment population patterns etc.

2nd best in the country, not bad eh? (considering the department's size and that there are only a handful of people doing it as undergrad)
