I am a sixth form student, how many hours should I study for per week for 1 subject?

Try to start off doing a little (enough to complete homework and revision notes etc), and throughout the year increase the amount of time you revise incrementally so you don't get burnt out so by the time exams come round you'll have revision materials etc.
Don't leave everything until the last minute or you'll regret it as A levels are so much harder than GCSE's.
Also adjust depending on how difficult you find your subjects. No point in doing something if its easy.
