My service (Bronze) was a piece of piss: several weeks at a fire station (though it was so long ago I can't remember exactly, all I remember clearly is playing with hoses...). Physical was several weeks of circuit training, and monitoring for that all important improvement (improvement is the key to the physical), skills was my Air Cadet training and I did my expedition in West Sussex, studying rocks

I just did gold award and volunteered at a charity shop for the service, used driving lessons as the skill, cross country running for sport, 5 days in the highlands for expedition.

I haven't got round to doing a residential yet and actually finishing it.
