Which has better scope? Bachelor in Biomedical science or bachelor in medical imaging science?

Not as straightforward as that. Biomedical science would cover a range of diseases and disease processes usually at a molecular level. Medical imaging would be a degree for those looking to become radiologists, for which you still have to cover a lot of physiology, anatomy etc. They'll both have a relatively wide scope of what they cover
