Is the mid thigh pull comparable to a deadlift? The requirement is to pull 46kg, I am about 48kg so I am not sure if it is easy or if I would struggle. I have a good level of fitness already just confused about the mid thigh pull.

I wouldn’t expect this to be an issue for 99% of people. It’s a very low requirement.

EDIT: most people can also mid-thigh pull more than they deadlift. It’s like a rack pull.
