Transfers to LSE from UoL

Hey there,
I am a current UoL International programmes student, studying the BSc Business and Management course. I am aware that LSE doesn't accept transfers for its management course. I want to apply for their accounting and finance course as I would've anyways selected modules related to these in my second and third year. Since transfers from UoL are not very common and information about it is not widely available, I have a few questions to ask to people with experience transferring to LSE and also other current students which would very helpful for me and many others in a similar situation-

1. What were your UoL grades in your first year and your high school grades?

2. Did your employment experiences make a difference in your application? (I've heard that these don't matter as much in undergrad applications as much as academic-related stuff)

3. What kind of extracurricular activities have you mentioned in your personal statement? I am assuming LSE expected you to have more than the normal first-year student when they applied after a year.

Hey, hope you are doing well, I am also in their online programme and wanted to transfer to LSE, were you able to? What were the criteria? Thanks

It was 4ys ago so their criteria could have changed, or they might not accept such transfers at all now.

I would have a read of the Transfer FAQ, but in brief you need to reach ou to LSE directly. Their second year entry guidance can be found here:
