I'm nauseous all the time and always have an irregular/ rapid heart rate. It's gotten to the point where I am unsure of whether I can carry on like this. I have had therapy previously but no medication as I am quite scared of becoming addicted.
1. Think about what is making you feel like this (there is usually an underlying issue you need to really think and be honest with yourself)
2. You need to find a friend to talk to (or a family member). I cannot stress this enough. I sometimes feel lazy when socialising because but it makes you feel SO MUCH BETTER. If you dont have a lot of friends then try spending more time with family.
3. Set out a routing (im serious) try and stay productive (cleaning, do some cooking, help a family member) 70-80 % of the day.
I hope it feels better, but talking is the best way. Also try journaling about how your day is.
