binge eating then not eating

I have been going through this yo-yo diet for as long as I can remember. I only just realised when I'm happy and in a relationship, I stop eating and workout every day. But then when I'm sad and feel single, I eat so much and give up on exercising. Is anyone else like this? How do I stop it? This summer I've eaten so much junk and I just feel sad whenever I look at my body

Because you have a poor relationship with yourself and you're taking it out on your body. Therapy can help figure out why you're like this and help you improve it. There's no shame in seeking help. Be kind to yourself and patient.
Get into the mindset of doing it for yourself rather than anyone else
