I feel like lock down has really disintegrated any routine in my life and it has broken up my studies since my year 13 exams were all cancelled. I am struggling to get on with reading and I feel like i have nothing to do in my life except wake up eat, clean the house and the day repeats.

I feel like watching tv is not mentally stimulating enough and I don't have any real friends. I feel like I am losing my sanity as I have no goals to work towards or have anything interesting to do.

What sort of things are you interested in? I'm interested in cyber security and code breaking and have just gone online and found a variety of different challenges and programs.

Well, then do something about it? You are using the internet, go out there. Learn things. Loads of courses. If you can, buy an instrument, work on it. etc. There is a never ending list of things to do, proving you're not restricted in some way, like disability or finances, and even then, there are still things you can do.
