It's a very competitive area, with a global recruitment pool, lots of people with practical experience and or health/civil engineering/project management type skills. If you are moving into a Masters straight after undergrad then you just have to appreciate that its one of the building blocks, but it's probably not going to launch you into a multitude of high paid options immediately.
