so I haven't properly worked out in over a year. I walk 10k steps a day but thats about it so I'm pretty unfit. I've decided I want to start getting into fitness more and would like to try lifting weights (I'm a girl btw with literally 0 strength)

Yesterday I did a video on YouTube for lower body which consisted of a lot of squats, lunges, Glute bridges, dead lift etc but all body weight no added weight. I am ACHING today like holy **** I can hardly walk and I didn't even use weights?! I was wondering how long I can expect it to take until I can add weights in. How long roughly will it take for me to find body weight exercises easy??

Not long at all. You’re just experiencing DOMS since it’s all fairly new to you. The workouts will quickly get easier and the DOMS will be less and less. If you’ve got decent form then dont be afraid to move onto weights.
