adding weights into workoutWatch
Yesterday I did a video on YouTube for lower body which consisted of a lot of squats, lunges, Glute bridges, dead lift etc but all body weight no added weight. I am ACHING today like holy **** I can hardly walk and I didn't even use weights?! I was wondering how long I can expect it to take until I can add weights in. How long roughly will it take for me to find body weight exercises easy??
