It was going well, sitting on bed working from home, relaxing with family but now for last two weeks I have started feeling pain in my upper back. I think this is because of my sitting posture on the bed. It feels comfortable initially but now I have understood it can create pain problems. Anyways, what should i do now? I have decided to use a posture corrector. Could you recommend the best one. I know exercise would do better and therefore I have started doing back and shoulder excercise but since I have to work (cannot leave it). I might again go back to same posture, so thought of using it.
Some painkillers ( paracetomal ) or ibuprofen will help you and try deep heat as well.
All a doctor will recommended to you is excersing and take pain relief same as I'm saying to you and yes I'm a qualified nurse okay and I see pyshiotherpy staff dealing with this at hospital wards .
Can't think of any decent posture corrector as whatever one you got should do .
