I've had OCR for AS this year and I thought it was quite good - I liked the set texts. However, I do have a bit of a grudge against OCR - well, our whole school does really...

I'm doing AQA and it was fine. They gave me an A anyway, hah.

I doubt it makes much difference really. There's such a range of options within the set texts it doesn't really matter.

I dont think it matters. altho, I took one module in AQA in january and got a D, which shocked me....seemed everyone else did badly as well, only 2 people got A. but i retook and got 300/300 so i guess AQA is a bit messed up? i dont know.

CCEA is really good!... i think it marks fairly although it does have a slight rep of being the hardest exam board!

Our school uses WJEC for GCSE and A Level.

I'm just about to actually start A Level English Lit, so I can't comment on what that's like (yet), but for GCSE it was good. :yep: Other exam boards were mainly 'open text', whilst WJEC was 'closed text', the questions being more 'general' rather than very focused, which I liked. Rambling over.
