hello,
I'd like to know if I could take chemistry in A-levels if I did not write it in O-levels. If not what would be your advice if I want to do medecine in uni ?

you could, but you might struggle. depends if the centre you'll be sitting the exams at has any requirements to studying the subject at a level. if you can't study the subject at a level you can try applying for a foundation year in medicine.
