sleep schedule advice?

My sleep schedule is really messing with my productivity, i can't do the revision i want to do because i feel like i have no motivation to do it at midnight.
i tried pulling an all nighter yesterday but fell asleep for 3-4 hours and that threw me off. it's not ideal but i;ll take what i can get. i'm pulling another on tonight to see if i can go to bed at around 10-11pm and wake up around 7am.
Any ideas on how to build and maintain a consistent sleep schedule?

there is going to be one day where you will go to bed late and get up early, and you will be tired. after that, it gets easier. try to structure the rest of your day as well (e.g meal times, what you do just before bed etc).
