Stay in a calorie deficit for a sustained period of time. Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint.

Are you aiming for a specific weight or body shape?
What type of foods do you eat and how often?

Home-cook all your meals, reduce your portion sizes, drink lots of water and increase your exercise.
No greasy takeaways, high sugar drinks or snacking on crisps/chocolate/deep fried items.
You can replace snacks like crisps with a small fresh salad (no mayo or dairy items) and chocolate bars with a piece of fruit like an apple or orange.
