Studying Medicine in America from the UK

What do I need to do to go study medicine in america from the UK and how hard is it?

I'm currently in year 12 thinking of applying to uni next year so I really wanted to go study in america so if anyone knows any ways can you please respond

Medicine in the US is a graduate degree only. You have to do a first (undergraduate) degree first, and have taken various prerequisite classes during that. In most cases this has to be at a US university.

It will be very very expensive.
