I am talking to someone from London and he seems to be using some slang that I've never heard of. I'm not in a position to ask him what that means, so I would like to know.

For context he said, "Now the neck tag on the clothes sit flush."

To sit flush generally means when two things fit together so as to be level or even.

That isn't London slang, that is English.
