Trying to have sex but can’t stay hard
I’m 23 and a virgin. Finally trying to have sex with my girlfriend but I can’t maintain an erection. We’ve tried 3 times over the last day and it isn’t happening.
Girlfriend is really supportive but I feel like I’m disappointing her.
I have no problem getting and maintaining one at any other time so it’s quite frustrating. Feel like Simon from the Inbetweeners.

Stop putting so much pressure on yourself, it’s probably a bit of performance anxiety. Your girlfriend won’t be disappointed by you, just remember to take things slowly and stick with what you’re both comfortable with. Make sure you’re relaxed and in a relaxed environment when you do get down to things. Would also recommend talking to your girlfriend about how you’re feeling, I’m sure she will be supportive and understanding.

U probably just have performance anxiety, just do foreplay or just please her for now and then hopefully u stay hard if not u could go to the doctor.
Hi all, I can confirm it was indeed just performance anxiety. Me and my girlfriend took things slow and we’ve successfully had sex twice yesterday 
Definitely was slight nerves and a lack of confidence from the initial issues. Broken the spiral of decline now and we’re both (as expected) thrilled. Thanks everyone for the responses.
