Can someone tell me the pros and cons I will face transitioning from 4th year university to the working world? I've had a lot of freedom at university and not needing to have a job.

Not so much pros and cons as things to consider:

Somewhere to live
Bills
Shopping and cooking
Creating savings
Travel to and from work
Work clothes
Meeting new people
Taking opportunities to contribute in the community, eg volunteering
Socialising

No, it's not! People graduate and go straight into jobs. It's very common to do that; not every role offers or is suitable for a placement or internship.
