Is it better for me to go in to a Foundation year in a top 20 UNI or a UNI with lower entry requirements

It really depends on which university you're talking about with lower entry requirements. You need to consider the debt, the course, the location and industrial connections etc.

It depends on the course and the uni.

Would the foundation year definitely allow you to progress to an undergrad degree at the same uni if you passed?
