That would take a long time to answer.

Imo if you decided you wanted to commute then carefully weigh up the pros and cons including how you make friends and the impact of travel.

If you are moving for the first time then check you can cope with the homesickness.

In most cases go for uni owned in year 1 as you will meet more freshers that way.

It is pot luck as to whether you are with compatible flatmates or not.

the walls are very thin so you'll hear your flatmates do everything especially if they have a boyfriend/girlfriend over

if you ever get into a disagreement with your flatmate it will be awkward from there on out and you'll try to avoid each other but it's impossible.

the doors are very heavy for fire safety reasons, so there will be lots of banging on a daily basis.

it'll be a battle for kitchen/fridge space.

battle to get your flatmates to clean up after themselves.

the good thing is all your utility bills are included so you don't have to worry about setting up water, electricity, wifi. and it's within walking distance of uni.
