I enjoy physics and I have been thinking about doing it at A-Level but I do not wish to pursue a career in that field in the future. I do have a passion for it and think I could do well in it but it isn’t something I would want to work in for a long term. Should I take it?

If you enjoy it, are good at it and it doesn't interfere with future 'career plans' I don't see why you wouldn't want to.

I enjoy English language, Drama and Food Science. I want to pursue a career in culinary arts.
